I have been active in real estate for over 3 years, a period during which I have understood that this field means much more than properties and transactions. For me, real estate represents continuous development — professional, personal and financial — but above all the opportunity to build authentic relationships and valuable connections with people. I enjoy the dynamic aspect of this field and approach each collaboration with seriousness, transparency and dedication. While I can adopt a technical approach when the situation requires it, I find myself most in the relational side of the business: communication, trust and understanding people's real needs. Currently, I am involved in real estate intermediation as well as in developing a team within eXp România — a modern environment based on collaboration, technology and long-term growth perspectives. I believe that success in real estate is built through consistency, proper relationships and a continuous desire for growth.
